First time buying a manufactured home and I’m glad I went with them. Derek made my buying experience easy and fast. I got to customize my home exactly the way I wanted it. Josh and the service team are really easy to deal with also, they got out here and trimmed it out in a timely manner after it was all set up.
We bought our first ever brand new home from them. Derek is wonderful and easy to deal with. They were fast with delivering and stayed in contact with us through the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a mobile home, go see Derek.
Going to be a long one… I’m only giving one star because of customer service when we bought our home. After was a disaster. We bought our home months after living with family due to our home burning down 3 months after moving back to the state. They were supposed to replace the shower/bathtub insert. I was told they brought the one that fit the master bathroom instead of the guest bath. Cheap housing, ya get what ya pay for. Home delivery crew had a truck, nothing else. No platypus or anything to get it set in place. Had to get a neighbor & use his tractor to get into place or wouldn't get the house. Everything is about $$$, cheap house moving crew & setup. They don't seem to care. Hard to find a descent company these days, this one is no different.
