Couldn’t ask for better service. They are super helpful and willing to do whatever possible to put you in the house of your choice. I went looking for a house and came away with a friendship also!
My husband and I bought our mobile home in 2022. We received a home that was NOT the one we had ordered but it had taken over 8 months to get this home, we didn’t want to wait another 8 months for the correct one to arrive. We did not get an apology of any sort nor any other kind of compensation. The guy who came out after to do touch ups used black paint to cover up over gray (wish there was a place for me to post a picture). First time buying a manufactured home and I’m glad I went with them. Derek made my buying experience easy and fast. I got to customize my home exactly the way I wanted it. Josh and the service team are really easy to deal with also, they got out here and trimmed it out in a timely manner after it was all set up.
We bought our first ever brand new home from them. Derek is wonderful and easy to deal with. They were fast with delivering and stayed in contact with us through the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a mobile home, go see Derek.
