As a funeral celebrant I'd heard good reviews from families, and now I have experienced their exemplary support for myself. The team were more like friends than staff in the week we were there. What was special was the respect they showed to an elderly man who, despite looking confused, had a sharp brain that needed time to respond. Lovely place and mostly really nice staff (two came off quite unfriendly). I really appreciated the kind words and the amazing volunteers, aside from the two blips. My main gripe is it takes too long for some patient needs to be met, e.g. bathroom issues - I was quite disappointed that my family member had to wait 1.5 hours to get help to clear their bladder.
