Very unhappy. Two years in a row having issue with them not filing properly or leaving something off and having to do ammendments. Very unhappy with the service I received and do not recommend.
Did my taxes with them for 2021. After dropping off all of the paperwork they asked for, I waited weeks and never heard anything. I emailed to ask if they needed anything else from me. I was told they needed proof of my husband's income. My husband is a disabled veteran, therefore his income is not reported and not taxed. They knew this, and they still asked me for his income.
