Did my taxes with them for 2021. After dropping off all of the paperwork they asked for, I waited weeks and never heard anything. I emailed to ask if they needed anything else from me. I was told they needed proof of my husband's income. My husband is a disabled veteran, therefore his income is not reported and not taxed. They knew this, and they still asked me for his income. Edit: it took over 9 weeks for my return to be ready. I had to email them multiple times asking what was the holdup and what were they waiting on. They told me they needed paperwork that did not exist, and then they told me they were waiting on paperwork that I had already given them. When I was finally able to go in and get my return, they did not even apologize for the extraordinary weight or even recognize that it happened.
