I knew from the minute she called we were in good hands, even on a Saturday morning she dropped everything to help my mother secure insurance after a lengthy hospital stay in the middle of moving from out of state. She was so patient, explained the pros and cons of each plan and helped fill out all of her applications. Thanks Sue for being a breath of fresh air during a scary time for our family.
