I have been with State Farm for over 30 years. I have enjoyed working with Lisa. She is very knowledgeable and has done a wonderful job helping me with my claim.
Have had State Farm Insurance since 1988, and have always been with Agent Sue Neal. Have never had a problem with service or coverage. Had to go to the dreaded DMV, to change a title on a vehicle. Of course, the DMV would NOT let me do it, without jumping through 5 hoops. Called Sue Neal's office for assistance, and Agent Lisa not only helped me over the phone, she sent new cards to my phone while in DMV line!! Great service and customer care!! Best Agents Ever!!
I was in the process of reviewing my homeowner's policy (which I hadn't done in years!) and thought I would include State Farm because I already had my car insurance with them. I worked with Linda Hemmelgarn, who did an excellent job. She was able to provide much better coverage on the homeowner's, while still saving me money! Oh, and I saved on my car coverage too.
