I absolutely loved the staff in the labor and delivery, they went above and beyond for me, my baby and my husband! My main nurse Naomi was a godsend! She kept me calm and walked me through everything even though this was my 3rd baby, best experience ever! In the couplet care I loved all of my nurses! Sonya, Isaiah, Lorna, and Liz (we only stayed 1 night). Thank yall so much for the best experience and I will definitely recommend anyone to go there 🥰
Wow, what an amazing experience we had here! From the first moment everyone treated us so nicely and cared about us. Keren and Crystal, as well as the rest of the staff, we're unbelievably knowledgeable and made sure we're supported all along. Everything was so structured, process was clear and explained and everyone there was so nice and professional. Wonderful experience, definitely recommend going there!
I had a wonderful birthing experience here and my son never left my sight. There were only 2 nurses and the doctor in the room when I gave birth and I was not pressured to push until I was ready. I only pushed for about 14 minutes before I had him and they handed him to me immediately, I even got to cut his umbilical cord. Was supposed to use this hospital to deliver my son but currently looking to have a different location. Their website says they to tours of the maternity ward every Thursday at 10AM. No appointment needed. I called and emailed several times to see if the tours were still available given the circumstances of COVID. Never got a reply or anyone to answer the phone since the beginning of September. I did get one email reply saying my email was forwarded and someone will contact me but no one contacted me.
