From check in to leaving my appointment everyone was amazing and very professional! I was extremely nervous and the woman that did my mammogram, Tammy, was so nice and reassuring. She talked me through every step and made me feel comfortable during the entire exam she was an absolute angel.
I felt this experience needed to be shared. I had been waiting since April for a diagnostic mammogram, and this appointment had been scheduled for four weeks. I understand that previous imaging is often required before a diagnostic exam. My frustration is not that the appointment had to be rescheduled. My frustration is with how I was treated. The nurses were fantastic, but the ‘photographer’ coming in to talk to me repeatedly to push a sale while I was ASLEEP and disoriented from medication, lack of sleep, labor, blood loss, and in pain from a tear was absolutely unacceptable. I told her I wasn’t interested and she continued to push her product on me, while I was still bleeding from birth and alone in my room. I went to triage this morning for decreased fetal movement and had the most wonderful experience with one of the nurses, her name was Mary. She was so kind, so understanding, so gentle, and I just can’t say enough good things about the care she provided. Mary, if you ever read this review! You are amazing! 🥹!
