I have, thankfully, never had to file a claim on any of my three State Farm policies, so I can't speak to that process. I have, however, found my representative (and all others I've had contact with) at this office to be extremely prompt and responsive. She's very knowledgeable, forthright, and makes me feel like I'm her only customer! I'd highly recommend this agency.
