I have some very serious concerns about this realtor. I was trying to decide where to buy a house on the coast and looking all the way from Florence, OR to Ocean Park, WA. I was very upfront from the beginning that I had not decided on a location. Sue was very nice and took me around on a full day on a Sunday. During the day I explained my crazy job which was very busy and had me traveling time zones. During the tours Sue made a few off colored comments that I chalked up to generational differences. Sue was great to work with. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Always keeping an eye out for properties we would want to look at and lots of good advise for us as me made an offer in a competitive market. With her help, we had a successful purchase on a difficult real estate transaction. Would recommend her services again and again.
Sue is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I literally would not have my home without her expertise, help and humor. We had many challenges during my transaction - three other real estate agents and two loan officers gave up on me (let's face it, I gave up on me) but Sue made it all possible. Sue is the best!!! Worked very hard for us in many ways! Purchased our beach home prior to getting a chance to actually walk through, her advice and our trust in her made us feel very comfortable with our purchase!
