Sue is VERY responsive to my insurance questions and issues. Her office is open and very welcoming. Sue does NOT rush you along in hopes of getting back to other things. I know American Family has my back when a claim needs to be made. My wife and I had a couple of claims for auto in the almost 25 years we were with American Family and each time we felt like we were treated fairly an payout was made in appropriate amount of time after initial claim was made.
