Sue and her team are absolutely wonderful! Sue is compassionate, friendly, and reliable. It was my first time getting my own insurance and I had a limited budget. Sue was able to clearly explain every step of the process and give me honest advice and coverage within the means of my financial situation. At no point did I feel that she was overselling or pulling a “fast one” on me, I immediately got the impression that she is an agent with the customer’s best interest at heart, she is a fantastic person to work with.
