I cannot say enough about the staff, nurses and one particular Doctor Abeid. I have never experienced this level of compassion, patience and just all around exceptional care. I know it can be tough sometimes working with patients and dealing with different oersinalities. However, they do it with such grace and professionalism.This is how all Healthcare should be. It was such an awesome experience last night here at Hoag! My wife was here for a surgery. Parked at the Dolphin structure, $10 from 11:30 am - 11:00 pm. Pay station is at the main entrance of this part of the hospital. 2-East, the Pre-Op, RNurse Kelsey, Dr. Lance Betson (Surgeon) were so good with my wife, extremely attentive, compassionate, and welcoming. I had such a wonderful experience at Hoag Women’s, even though my baby’s birth didn’t go as planned. The care I received was nothing short of incredible. The nurses—Jenny, Danielle, Lisa Beyers, Madeline, and Ellie—were all so kind, patient, and compassionate. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel supported and cared for during such an emotional and challenging time. I’m so grateful for their dedication and heart. My husband was also impressed with the cafeteria food and pricing.
This is the greatest hospital. I have ever taken my wife too. You are so complete so friendly and keeping you totally informed. I would recommend them to anyone. It seems like five stars isn't enough for this facility.
