I used Sudzy's a lot when I lived in Pensacola. But right before I moved, I dropped off a load of clothes to be dry cleaned. When I picked them up I was told that 3 pairs of pants were still being "processed." I called several times over the next two weeks to be told the same thing, and even after I moved to Georgia, I occasionally called, with no further information. I was told to call the manager but she was never there when I could call, so I finally gave up. The pants are still gone, of course.
