I went to Sudzy’s to vacuum my car out. The machine I chose did not work and I was very upset. I called the number to leave a message about my experience. To my surprise I actually received a heartfelt call back with an apology. The gentleman was very understanding even considering my not so nice message. A few days later I received a refund and a one-time card so I can go back to complete my clean out. It’s unheard of for someone to go the extra mile. I am grateful and would recommend anyone try Sudzy! Thanks again
