Great service are you still open
I enjoy patronizing small businesses but there are improvements needed. My car looks a lot better than it did when I pulled up. 1. Communication: there’s a language barrier which made it difficult to explain that I didn’t ask for certain services but they had done it anyway and wanted to charge me for it. One of those services was done when I wasn’t looking since I was inside paying. The people who first sprayed down my car didn’t ask what package I wanted nor if I wanted other services. 2.
