I’ve been using Sudz Up every other week to help keep our home clean for the last 3 months. I’m always impressed with Shawna’s work; she is punctual, professional, and leaves my home smelling and looking clean. Alicen’s flexible scheduling and Shawna’s consistent quality make them perfect for my family’s needs. Highly recommend!
Owner was very negative on Criticism! I know people have given her a positive review. She was fine with me till my clients complained about the cleaning. I sent her the email from the client and she became angry. I own 16 apartments which I had given to her. As a person who has to accommodate to the customer, I sent her the complaint to improve but got a negative attitude from her. Be careful, it’s all good till the complaints come in.
I had an amazing experience with Sudz Up. I reached out after major knee surgery when I needed help keeping my home up. Alicen was quick to set up a walk through and explain services and pricing. She got me on the schedule promptly. I can’t say enough about her responsiveness when I had questions or needed to reschedule (this came in handy during the craze of holiday season activities and travel). We have Sudz Up come every other week for a standard clean of our home - they are very dependable and do a wonderful job - we would recommend them to our family and friends- they are awesome to work with and take great care of us !
