I’ve used SudzUp for years, paid on time, only one recent complaint. Alicen informed me she was sending out Rachael who I’d never met so I declined (On the actual day of the cleaning). I didn’t want a stranger in my house I’d never met and requested a meet and greet first. She never replied. She seemed butt hurt and whined I didn’t trust her to provide a a quality cleaner. We have used SudzUp for over two and a half years. Alicen, Shawna, and crew are amazing! I’ve used them for deep cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and every 2-4 week standard cleans. They’re thorough and practice excellent communication. If I ever noticed an oversight or had an issue, Alicen was kind and resolved it in a timely manner.
