I’ve worked with Alicen in the past on a short-turnaround move out cleaning, and she delivered excellent results. This time, I used them again for a regular cleaning, and it was just as impressive. Colleen was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. The team worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and was great with my pet as well. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
2026 UPDATE: Alicen and her staff removed a mattress and bed frame from an East Campus rental property for us and saved me the trip of having to go to COMO to coordinate. Thankful for her superior service and consistently exceeding my expectations. I’ve used her company since 2022 and they are the best in Columbia! 2023: We’ve used Sudz Up annually for deep cleaning my son’s college rental. They do am AMAZING job bringing a dirty place back to a livable space! Thank you!

Really disappointed with the service. My husband hired this company to clean our apartment after we moved out. We scheduled the cleaning to start between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m., but the cleaner didn’t arrive until almost 9:30. The biggest issue was that she apparently forgot to clean the stovetop and oven. Because of that, our apartment complex charged us an extra $200 after our move-out inspection. Communication was great. My associate, Kim, was on time, friendly and did an amazing job on the move out cleaning of my previous apartment. I really appreciate her and this company and I highly recommend!
