Went there in October of '25, hadn't had issues prior until this time. Went through the soft touch bay and got home to find my car filled with paint chips and scratches. One scratch on the hood was 12 inches long. Had another scratch connecting between the 2 passenger doors at 16 inches long. The 3rd major scratch was a few inches long, but it is a very deep and a very noticeable scratch, where I have had people point it out to me, and tell me how deep it is.
