Yeah been going here for a while but started using mister. Anyways went for the first time in a while, I rarely use the coin exchanger, mister closes early Sunday and I wanted to vacuum my car, so I exchange a dollar and get a dollar coin back, no big deal, surely the vacuums will accept this. Wrong, pretty frustrating to have a coin exchanger giving you a coin that’s not accepted by the vacuums. Didn't clean my car good. Doesn't wash the tires either. They tax so its an additional money. Where as other car washes are at that set amount no tax. Do not go here
Went there in October of '25, hadn't had issues prior until this time. Went through the soft touch bay and got home to find my car filled with paint chips and scratches. One scratch on the hood was 12 inches long. Had another scratch connecting between the 2 passenger doors at 16 inches long. The 3rd major scratch was a few inches long, but it is a very deep and a very noticeable scratch, where I have had people point it out to me, and tell me how deep it is.
