Extremely unhappy. I paid $8 and the car wash didn’t even start or turn on. I literally had money taken out of my account for a service I did not receive. I tried to pull through the car wash but it never turned on and eventually the light just turned red. I guess judging from the other reviews the way this place makes money is by not actually giving anyone the wash they paid for. I tried to find someone to help me but nobody was there. I spent $12 to go through the automatic wash, got sprayed with soap, and the machine turned itself off. I had to pull into the bay to wash all the soap off of my truck. What a waste of time and money. $15 spent on a half assed car wash that I could have gotten cheaper at Quick Quack down the Road. �
Went to the automatic wash on Sunday afternoon 4/23/17. Ran my debit card and followed instructions. When green light came on we drove in. It said to stop when red light came on. Red light never came on. It sprayed about 3 or 4 little streams of water and brushes never turned on. We drove out and called and got a voice message that my call was very important to him. Paid $9, pulled in, it sprayed soap all over my car and then quit working. So I had to drive around to the self wash bay and pay another $1.50 to turn on the water to rinse the soap off my car. Please contact me to arrange a refund of the $10.50 I paid. I have been trying to call the phone number and no one ever answers.
I paid for a $10.00 wash on Sunday, 04/26/2015 in the brushless lane, it never activated. My card was charged for the wash. I will contact my bank tomorrow to initiate a refund, since there is no way to get in touch with anyone at this business.
I always get my money taken at this place and get the faulty washing system. Ive been trying to get my money back but noone answers the phone or door. I would rather go somewhere that for sure works!
Automatic carwash used to be so good. Went there today to wash my truck on the way out of town, there was no sign posted alerting customers that it wasnt working. The machine was so rough it broke off one of my windshield wiper blades and left scratches all up and down the truck! It felt like the machines were trying to tear it up the entire time. When i pulled out, the blowers didnt even dry it. Never using this car wash again
