Your car will never be clean after using this car wash, it will still be filthy and look as if you didn't even get one. If you sign up for a membership, good luck getting it cancelled. They won't respond to multiple emails, never pick up the phone, and wont return calls even after leaving voicemails. $15 for a car wash, pathetic. Horrible business.
It has free vacuuming but it usually has a long line for a car wash
My experience at Sudstar Car Wash was unacceptable. I recognize that small surface marks can occur with automatic washes. What happened here goes far beyond reasonable. My truck sustained significant paint damage from midway up the body panels, running front to back on both sides. That level and pattern of damage indicates neglected or defective equipment. Claimed we couldn't go through because our hard mounted roof rack (came with the car) we explained we go to their competition often. Couldn't explain why their brush system was different. Decided to make the drive to the competition
