For the price, you’d think you’d have a spotless car afterward. My husband and I brought both of our cars 2 days in a row and neither of them got completely cleaned or even rinsed all the way. Definitely not coming back. I see there are many with similar experiences.
Used to be ok, but the vehicles don't come out dry at all anymore. Maybe the blowers aren't all working. First two vacuums were clogged and had no suction, one was all muddy. Another was missing a hose. Gave up and went home to vacuum and dry the car off. It's now $19 for the mid-tier wash. Won't be coming back.
Machine had a ratchet strap wrapped in at, got my windshield destroyed along with lots of other damage.. Waiting for an email back..
Terrible. If you want to pay $20 to have a car just as dirty as when you started, go here. The staff is lazy and doesn't do any real pre-wash. So, all the contours of your car are still dirty. The water they use leaves spots. They refuse to make it right. Buyer beware!
Closed again?! 1:45 on a Friday, no note or explanation. I'm sick of this, canceling my membership
