My experience at Sudstar Car Wash was unacceptable. I recognize that small surface marks can occur with automatic washes. What happened here goes far beyond reasonable. My truck sustained significant paint damage from midway up the body panels, running front to back on both sides. That level and pattern of damage indicates neglected or defective equipment. Claimed we couldn't go through because our hard mounted roof rack (came with the car) we explained we go to their competition often. Couldn't explain why their brush system was different. Decided to make the drive to the competition
The equipment is in very poor condition they do not maintain the vacuums there was three vacuums available on the day we went and one of them didn't even work so there's no one to maintain these
