Upkeep lately has been poor on the soft touch wash unit. For the last month or more, the side dryers have not been working properly or at all(tonight), so despite the fact that your car gets nice and clean, it drives off a wet mess. I had to spend 10 minutes drying it off when I get home! Look elsewhere.

I ran my wife's Durango through the touch wash around 4 PM. It's the kind that the vehicle is stationary and the brushes go around and on top. Upon pulling out, I drove straight ahead and vacuumed, not paying attention to the outside. But then upon getting to the condo my wife NOTICED IT: SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE on the left side of the vehicle. Amazing self serve car wash! Super high pressure. Pre-soak works very well. Lots of soap. Well-maintained. And really enjoyed the super air dryer (not all self serve car washes have these), only minor critique is the nozzle was leaky so it was difficult to direct the air flow. Otherwise great! Will be back!
