Friendly and professional service, the guys working here are really courteous and helpful. They explained the options and gave a good estimate of how long the service would take. I enjoyed a nice walk along the business corridor and came back to a gleaming SUV 30 mins later with a steaming coffee, ready to start the weekend. I’ll be back!
Not happy. Bait & switch? Just left Suds now, 4:30pm Monday October 20, 2025. The owner/manager (Betrina?) quoted me this morning $45 to shampoo front carpet only (no seats, no dash, no other work). Note the agreement: FRONT carpets. Looking for that price point “between the typical car wash and the detailer” that I read about online. When I arrived today, the apparent crew shift leader Jimmy approached me. He first quoted me $150 and I repeated the $45 quote from the manager. Car dirty? Need a wash? They’ll get it done. Will they go above and beyond and pay attention to detail? Probably not, but that bird poop will get washed off and it will be a decent experience. They are friendly. Be aware the tipping is not shared. You’ll need to bring separate tips for the vacuum team vs the post-wash wiping team.
One and done. The most lazy and rushed car wash for $42 "The Works" +$10 tip. Tires were supposed to have dress, but none. There were still lots of dirty spot all over the exterior and windshield. How does someone not see the bird drop stain.
Probably one of the worst car washes I’ve ever paid for. I think maybe they are rushing the workers too much. After tipping I pointed out some areas that were missed and there was just little effort to try and clean them. 40th and Broadway does a much better job for less money.
