This place is not good. Hardly any cleaning fluids coming out. Paid for the best wash but left with a dirty truck. Will never go here again. We visited Sunday morning around 10:30 or 11. The sides of the truck had vertical strips that were still dirty.
Last time we will ever go to this car wash. It NEVER has presoak, tire cleaner, wax,etc. We have been given free washed due to this but at this point it's just not worth the aggravation. Just left after spending 6 bucks for mild soap and water...headed to Sheets to try and fix this mess...6-10-23...tried it again....evidently they are more concerned with washing the floor whike soap sits on a customer's car with no water pressure....my fault for going back...typical for a Butler business. ..
A few months ago I went here and there was no soap in my self-service bay. Came back recently to give them a second chance and my experience was much better! PreSoak, Soap, Spot free Rinse, all had fluids.
