Had an issue with the automatic wash and I left a message with the owner. I had a refund the same day! Always have good service and on the rare occasion that something is amiss, they go out of their way to make it right. The only spot free I have used that actually is "spot free". Update: As promised, my cash refund arrived in the mail. Thanks again!!!

15 minutes in the bay was $20 on a card. No sign dictating x amount of money for x amount of time. If I would have seen the cost I would have just done the touch less automatic was closer to home. The machines did work pretty well overall though.
