Very rude. Don't be a couple of minutes late, they will chastise you in front of customers for not following rules. Don't leave a msg regarding haircut appointment, they do not return phone calls. They will cancel your patronship with them if you don't utilize their services for more than six months...at least that was what I was told after calling in. Sometimes a full day of customers can turn into a drought. Be nice to your neighbors and customer base.
