I've called 7 times to cancel my membership. I've gone in twice. I've sent emails. They never answer their phones or voicemails. They continue to charge my card. You can't cancel in person. You have to "reach someone" and they have made it impossible to reach anyone. I figured that they would have cancelled after my initial voicemail and email. Come to find out they charge away. Go to another company. Once they get your card. You have to do a charge back. Fraud of a business.
