I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this car wash. Immediately after using your service, I discovered multiple long, horizontal scratches along the driver-side door of my vehicle. These are not superficial marks, several of the scratches clearly penetrate the paint and expose a lighter underlying layer, indicating damage beyond the clear coat.
