My membership was canceled in June 2025 and they keep charging my account. I received confirmation that membership was canceled, and yet again I was charged. Seems a bit scammy.

What set Suds apart from the many other car washes that suddenly popped up was the Interior conditioner cleaner! I was just there for the 2nd time this month and there was none. Not even an option to clean the interior. Other people around me were even asking about it!! My membership fees went up more than just a few dollars too! Feels like im getting less for more fee and no interior conditioner!! Considering to cancel.
