Vehicle damaged twice and car wash owner refused to repair. Owner said my $70,000 vehicle with 62,000 miles "was too old". I canceled my service after the second occurrence of damage, five days prior to the next month's auto charge. No services used after cancellation date. The owner still put through the next month's charge and when I brought this to their attention, the local assistant manager said she would immediately get the charge reversed or credited and would call me back with confirmation. I went to the Kyle location, and had a great first-time experience! It left my car so clean. The person helping me (Austin) was super nice and he was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend, and go again next time.
