Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. The old owner constantly walks around your vehicle criticizing you for lying and has a terrible attitude . I’m a paying customer I went through the wand wash side very low pressure, low soap, not good at all . Then proceeded to give them another try on auto wash and that’s where he called me a liar and said had to take all stuff out of box . Absolutely ignorant ! Rude. Best car wash in the valley hands down
Owner has a very bad attitude. Very aggressive behaviour for sure. The pre rinse doesn’t do anything. Probably watered down chemicals. The pressure is horrible. Honestly the worst car wash overall I have ever been too in the Comox Courtney area.
“Very disappointed with the behavior of the owner. They were extremely rude to me and spoke disrespectfully to other customers as well. Customer service needs serious improvement.” I also noticed the same attitude when speaking to other customers. Respect and basic courtesy are important in any business, and unfortunately that was missing here.”
Wasted money I purchased their top-tier car wash, and the results for the price are nothing short of abysmal. It took some dirt off but still left the car filthy. The pictures are from AFTER their top-tier $18 car wash. It feels like I was ripped off. I'll never go back. Not a dollar more for results like this.
