Suds City Car Wash is a local family owned business that we have operated since 2005. We have 5 self serve coin operated wash bays & 2 Touchless automatic wash bays that take coins or Visa or Mastercard. We have 6 coin operated Vacuums, 3 also have a shampoo brush as a second feature & the other 3 have fragrance spray as a second feature. All wash bays & vacuums take Loonies, Toonies & quarters. Carwash, location, value are all fine but they do not know how to treat their paying customers, which as a result will not recommend nor ever put another coin in that property. There were open bays and no vehicles waiting for a bay yet the owner walked by and informed me to move my vehicle out because wiping isn’t allowed. The area needs to be cleaned up and updated. The drive through car wash was not great.
A textbook example of how not to treat customers. Staff rushed us for no reason, even with no lineup. The equipment was worn out, the brush needed replacing, and the whole place felt run-down. Treated like cattle, not customers. Convenient, but not worth it.
This is a great carwash. (I don't use the touchless wash. I actually get out and use the wand wash) A good value for your money. You get bonus time if you put in more than $6.If you have a very dirty vehicle you will need to use presoak but it makes a huge difference. I use this car wash weekly for my work truck and highly recommend it.
Owner was very hostile and did not take any responsibility for a broken machine. Was told it was fully functioning and my fault. No accountability. Do not recommend going here at all take your money elsewhere
