What can I say? It's a car wash.
I have lived in the Comox Valley my entire life and this car wash has gotten progressively worse over the years, as the owner doesn’t put any money into it for improvements. Today, the automatic car wash broke down half way through my car being washed. I called the provided phone number to politely let them know, and before I could even say a word (not even a hello), a very grouchy sounding man loudly said “I’ll be right there.”
Two types of car wash services available here, 2 bays of fully automatic drive through and the rest are washing bays for self wash options with Vacuum Cleaners etc. I often use the quick drive through section when we come down from Mount Washington Ski Hill with 'snirt' (snow-dirt) all over the car. The 2 automatic bays have 4 different washing options available depending on what you need. Very reliable service and extremely reasonably priced.
Great place for hand wash and has been my go-to place for 5 years. Seems to be good equipment and I have been pleased with the soap and wax products that come through the machine. (They have two automatic bays as well but I have never used them so don't have any experience with that) They are locally owned and operated which I learned when I had an issue with one of the machines not working quite right recently and I called the phone number listed and the owner was happy to pop by within a few minutes and get things working ... read more
