I have gone here no less than 50 times. I have only had one prior problem (the took money out of my cup holder) ... until 10/19. While in the middle of the car wash, my car "somehow" came out of the railing. My car completely stopped. I honked my horn several times, and they quickly shut the machine off and came inside. The young man advised me to put the car in drive and turn my steering wheel inward. I did and dropped back down. He had me put it in neutral and the wash was complete. Will wash myself next time...the guy pre-spraying took 15seconds to pressure wash...dirty water coming out of the nozzles in the car wash, spinning brushes looked like they where set on slow motion...so the bottom of the car is filthy, asked the detailer to clean it and he and another guy look like wtf another customer complaining and huff and grunt while they clean my car. I've been coming here for over 10 years but no more. Maybe the owner need to focus on the car wash rather then the antique crape in the store.
