Purchased the Pumpkin Spice car wash program which gives me 3 month of car washes for $59.00. One month later I get charged another $42.00 on my bank card. I call customer services they advised me I would get my money back ASAP, it’s now been a 1 1/2 weeks now I’ve talked to more customer service reps and a couple of supervisor and they are telling me that it an accounting issue but they can’t give me a promised time that my money will be refunded to me.
