$50.00 month for unlimited once daily car wash including use of backyard sounds like an alright deal. But I waited over an hour to wash my car because only one wash Bay was working, there was no cleaner ,no rags,very little suction to the vacuums and the mat cleaner wasn't working! Not renewing my subscription unless things change dramatically . Very disappointed.
Broken door on 1 tunnel meant a 1 hour drive through the lane with cars backed up to Wellington Rd. Staff could have come out and notified drivers in line of the issue & apologized.
Waiting time is extremely too much. I prefer now goto other location they are quick and smooth operation. This wellington location mostly have 1 lane open for car wash. 2nd lane I see open 1 in 5 times. This creates long car queue and more wait time.
The biggest issue is that they seem to spray dirty, contaminated water during the wash. The water smells bad and feels very unhygienic, possibly even toxic for customers and their vehicles. This is a serious hygiene concern. They should repair their system and make sure they use clean water, not wastewater or sewage. In addition, there is usually only one line operating, which is why the wait times are always very long. This creates large lines and makes the overall experience even more frustrating
