Not only was my car wash a failure but they pushed in one of my sensors on read bar. The owner Bijal very helpful and got onto solving it asap. After a few days it was booked at Subaru to have them fix it with Bijal saying Subaru will contact me direct about a time and day. Subaru never called on the so called day nor before as Bijal gave me the day it was due. No Subaru call & no Carsuds call. I waited until after 5 to contact Bijal to his surprise it wasn’t done. I got the luxe wash and its not a bad wash, completely missed the roof under the roof platform and broke my Linkt toll tag, and air conditioner vent that cost double the cost of the wash to fix. No one mentioned this when i picked up my car

These guys are fantastic. They’re competitively priced and always somehow manage to get my car looking spotless - truly miracle work considering I have a dog that sheds enough hair to knit a cardigan a week! They also have great communication and will call if the car will take a bit longer than predicted. Always friendly. The cafe where you can relax and wait is a bonus.
