i called sudkamps plumbing and spoke with the owner (dave) and explained that i needed a water heater installed and was assured that he would be there the next day (friday) to do the work. he arrived at about 10:30 as promised and then told me that he couldn't do the work, because he thought that it was going to be a easy job, and not this complicated. he then called his brother on his cell, (unbeknown to him, the volumn was turned up) and asked his brother if he was almost done on the job that he was on. his brother replied... read more
