Dr Alampur is a great doctor. No complaints about him. He takes his time explaining what he is going to do. He answers any questions you might have before and after the procedure. His staff on the other hand could use some training. You hardly ever get someone to answer the phone. When you leave a message you are told not to leave numerous messages and to allow 24-48 hairs for a return call. This time I called Monday left a message for the nurse practitioner. I am always amazed by the time Dr. Alampur spends asking questions about my health and whatever condition that I am seeing him for. He often makes suggestions about treatments or supplements that credible research suggests might help. My greatest reason for trusting him is he saved my life by suggesting I go to Houston for an experimental treatment whike battling c-diff for 10 months after all local doctors had given up on me. I had a positive Cologuard a few years ago and was referred to him. The consultation was very pleasant. It was my first colonoscopy, but he made me feel comfortable. The actual procedure was painless and probably life-saving. I've been back since, and am glad I found him.
Very much enjoyed the office consultation. Friendly man. He may very well have saved my life with what he did during my procedures. Grateful to him!
