Very unprofessional staff. Apparently not all medical insurances cover physicals? You get one free a year. I use BCBS a very common insurance. I sent my information over prior to the appointment and yet they waited until I was at the appointment to contact the insurance by phone to see if it was covered. This should have been done in advance. What a waste of time.
