Great team. Appreciated being able to move appointment to an earlier time and to have the opportunity to get colonoscopy earlier too due to cancellation. Dr Bhaskar was outstanding and kind.
Total waste of time. I arrived having already completed the paperwork online, only to be told I had to do it again, which I did on a clipboard outside because the 7-seat waiting room was overflowing with 10 people. There was no AC and zero organization. I waited 45 minutes, watched only 2 people get called back, and still had 4 ahead of me. Other patients had been there over 2 hours.
