I hate leaving a 2 star rating because the truth is, I liked the doctor and thought he did a good job. His nurse practitioner was someone i saw on a follow up and she was excellent. However, trying to reach a live person or get a return phone call from the office staff is among the worst i've seen. Extraordinarily frustrating. Multiple phone calls, messages and requests for a return call go unanswered. He was very unclear to my parents what was happening with my dad's liver, so I went to a follow up appointment for information. He had a huge chip on his shoulder about me being there until I explained that I believed my parents needed help understanding due to language. He then proceeded to tell my dad that he had stage 4 liver disease and because he was in his mid 60s, did not work, and made no contributions to society, he did not qualify for a transplant. Staff is grossly incompetent. They pass the buck in circles. They do not communicate with each other. They treat patients like dumb cattle.
I went to Dr. Bhaskar for years. He is a fabulous fabulous doctor and has an absolutely wonderful personality. He always takes the time to listen to my worries and what is physically bothering me. After his assessment, he gave me his medical opinion of me using what I had told him, and what he’s observed and/found. Dr. Bhaskar takes immediate preventive measures if needed, and gives any necessary information if needed. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. Superb doctor! I have never been to a doctor who had studied my chart and could tell me about my medical history without looking at my chart. Amazing!
Welcomed atmosphere. Staff attentive and courteous.
Extremely rude and uncaring. Didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. I tried to tell him about related childhood history and was interrupted and cut off. I never even got to explain all the issues. He just wants to rack up the money for colonoscopies and endoscopies. Anything I did get to say was blown off so he could move on to the next moneymaker (patient).
After seeing several specialists, Dr. Bhaskar was by far the most helpful. I am feeling much better and would recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you!
He was very quick with me and I felt rushed both times that I saw him. I know its a numbers game but I like to feel like I am not being rushed when it comes to my health. I felt like another number !
