Unbelievable how unprofessional Dr. Malella is. He treats his patience like children. By scolding and undermeaning feelings and conversation. He atually said "I'm leaving now" while I was trying to clear up confusion on some of his diagnosis. He throws out medical "to do's " and expects us to remember every thing he said and then criticizes our lack of knowlede at later apts. I had a fantastic experience visiting Dr. Mallela today! Lupe, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Dr. Mallela was kind, professional, and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. Both the doctor and staff created a warm and positive atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Mallela for exceptional care!

The receptionist is the same as the Manager Her name is Lupe, no education in how to treat patients, and Dr. They take forever to give you an appointment, and test results, this place is for pure business and has no sympathy for their patients.
In my recent interaction with the receptionist at this office, I found her demeanor to be notably discourteous and lacking in professionalism. Regrettably, her conduct evoked feelings of frustration and distress, ultimately leading to a deeply disheartening experience. It is my sincere hope that appropriate measures will be taken to address such instances, fostering an environment of respect and empathy for all individuals who engage with this establishment.
