I have colon cancer on both sides of my family. I started getting screened in my early 40s and had a colonoscopy every year because every year they would find one or two polyps. I was referred to Dr. Ancha on an emergency basis, My doctor couldn't reach my GI doctor over several days, And they needed me to have a colonoscopy because I was loosing blood somewhere. Dr. Ancha got me scheduled in 7 days for the procedure, He was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was very informative, And knowledgeable, And got me set up for infusions to treat chrones disease. Dr Ancha is great but his office staff lack bedside manner and when someone is is need of help and in significant pain and begging Tina gets MORE HATEFUL!! His staff is going to ruin his business!!! Tina is down right UGLY!!
This is a very terrible place. I do not recommend going here. The customer service sucks. They are very discriminatory. The manger is rude and hateful and very very disrespectful. This place is so bad it should not be allowed to operate.
