Always a great experience. Peter, Don and the team are always attentive and respond quickly to our needs. They proactively check in and ask about upcoming orders which is very helpful. It's always a pleasure to work with this group.
Product quality was great but communication was awful. No return emails or phone calls - had to keep calling until I got someone on the phone. Product was 2 weeks late from promised deadline. Looking for another vendor to make coasters for us.
