Unfortunately, our experience was not a positive one. The doctor was not friendly or easy to communicate with, responses we received during our visits often came across as sarcastic. We ultimately decided to look for another doctor who is more approachable and respectful in their communication.
Using a throwaway account to avoid personal conflict. Most ridiculous wait times. They think you are free all day, will make you wait 30 mins in waiting room, then another 30 mins in examination room without clothes. Most inefficient system. Sutter was so efficient in this aspect, 20 mins total wait times, more professional and no unnecessary tests. Why do you need a urine test again when I have a report showing the test results from a week ago?
