Using a throwaway account to avoid personal conflict. Most ridiculous wait times. They think you are free all day, will make you wait 30 mins in waiting room, then another 30 mins in examination room without clothes. Most inefficient system. Sutter was so efficient in this aspect, 20 mins total wait times, more professional and no unnecessary tests. Why do you need a urine test again when I have a report showing the test results from a week ago?

Dr. Prasad is a compassionate physician who thoughtfully addresses all of my inquiries. Despite her busy schedule, I never feel as though my appointments are rushed. I wholeheartedly recommend her services. The staff members are also very accommodating and supportive.
