When my SuddenLink 100 mps speed internet fell to 0.1 speed it became impossible to use. The cold weather seemed to be the trigger for the Suddenlink failure. The response time for service was days of waiting. The cure for the neighborhood's loss of Suddenlink service took about two weeks to fix. Their equipment failure was the problem that they had to repair. Our loss of service was of little or no concern to them. Absolutely worst experiences with Suddenlink. Continuous rate increases without any explanation. Terrible time waits for service. I recently was without service for almost two weeks. Their amplifier failed to respond properly to weather temperature changes. Tech stated the amplifier up the street would need reset or replaced. When finally resolved - surprise! For my inconvenience they billed me an additional service fee of $63 bucks to my already inflated monthly fee to fix their amplifier without any consideration... read more
