A small tension spring broke on my new Ferris mower. I called my closest dealer in MA and they said they didn’t have, didn’t check anywhere else, and said we’d have to order and be a week at least. It’s spring and tons of rain, I couldn’t wait. I was a customer for a couple of years bought over 2000 dollars of equipment from them here is the thing had a km 91 r in there four time for carb 3 were cover under warranty the forth time i ended up paying same problem four time and get charged unbelievable, i will take my business somewhere else not happy.
