"Joe" of Sudden Impact just listed a 1998 Jeep wrangler that belongedto the business. I called and said I would take it and pay asking price. I told him I have the cash on me and I would be coming from 2 hours away in Alabama. I told him I wasn't coming to check it out. Just to pay him and put it on the trailer. Joe sold me a bmw with a bad transmission. I took the car back to him two days later and told him I wanted my money back. He got upset and assaulted me. He and the Machanic and another guy at the shop tried teaming up on me and called me racial slurs (boy) and was threatening me. I am now pressing charges on everybody involved and will be suing as well. These are very Slimy people and can not be trusted with anybody’s car. Now I am out $4600 until I can resolve the issue in court.

Other than buying a car I was told had no issues and come to find out or needs a transmission, it took them 2 hours to swap 2 tires. But on top of that we were told to get there at 11, got there at 12 to be safe, and they didn't even have the tires we ordered... And they didn't get it until 3:30.

—Joe really is a very good guy . he did everything to make me and my husband happy with our car we bought from him . he never gave up . they worked so hard all of them to me us happy and we are very happy with our car couldnt ask for a better job thanks all of you for the great job.
I was charged for a lot of work that was not done. Had a very bad experience there and the customer service was not good. They did nothing to make up for misleading me about the job. I paid and had to send it back to be redone.
I have been doing business with Sudden Impact for more then 10 years now. I refer all of my friends and family to them for all of their vehicle needs. Joe and his employees are honest, hard working people. It is hard being a small business owner these days, especially when you have people who always want things for free and are willing to bash your good name if you do not give into demands.
Joe has done all of my mechanic work and body work on my cars for the past 5 years. Always honest and reliable. I have bought several cars from him as well. Highly recommend him.
