After my daughter's accident at about 10:30 at night, Sudden Impact was dispatched. We were told that the tow fee was $175, then $50 for the "gate fee" then storage. When I called the next morning as soon as they opened, I was informed that I now must pay $500 to get the vehicle back. Was told I could only get belongings out of the car if the money was paid, or if I sign the title over to them. Can we say, RIP OFF?
First of all, many thanks to Charles. He took it from the beginning to the end. He handled the insurance company from Miami, FL. Everything that he told me 100%. He took care of my questions, my car being fixed due to a collision. My car looks great, I was completely and totally happy. They have excellent customer service. More business should be like this company!! And they guarantee their work as long as you own the vehicle!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nice people. Did good job took a lil longer than we thought but overall pretty good. No photos.
