Fast and efficient Good people
Was happy at the beginning with the service to get in right away and have the part assessed for a reasonable price. What set me off was getting the part back and noticing it missing bolts- not only missing but snapped right in half and left there in the alternator and for me to later see and fix myself when installing.. I had called back and mentioned about how I thought it was a little unprofessional for Kyle to leave a broken bolt and not mention anything maybe thinking I wouldn’t notice ?
