I am appalled at Jeffrey Hainsworth's insensitivity and ineffectiveness as a medical professional. Jeffrey Hainsworth has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. We were at an important and emotional moment in my mom's treatment for dementia and I was meeting Jeffrey for the first time; he did not even make eye contact or introduce himself.
