My husband and I bought a couple of bikes and received great service from everyone there. Extremely friendly, helpful and honest. If you’re going to buy an e bike, please come here- not often you get this kind of service.
Don't bother going in for service if you didn't buy from them. They were more interested in answering the phone than helping me out. #fail
