We were referred to Sudbrink Oral Surgery for my son to have his wisdom teeth removed. Our experience with this office (Ephrata & Lititz) and the staff was excellent. Dr. Vakkas, Ashton and Patricia a.k.a "Peanut" were AMAZING!! My son is 14 years old and has high functioning autism. He was VERY anxious about the procedure. I recently just got my wisdom teeth out at Sudbrink's office in Ephrata. I was a little nervous because I am not a fan of IVs. Dr. Vakkas was very calm and made me feel relaxed while putting the IV in. He sprayed a cooling spray on the area before putting the needle on that made it so I didn't even feel the needle. Before the procedure, the staff made sure to check all of my vitals and carefully prepared for surgery by hooking me up to the heart machine and to the oxygen mask. At my appointment on May 9th, 2016 I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist whom answered all of mine and my grandmother's questions. When we were called back the nurse was also very kind and she explained everything in detail while answering all of our questions. I had a great appt at the Ephrata office Dr sudbrink and the dental assistants patrycja and Stephanie were all great at helping out with easing my nerves and explaining step by step so I knew What Was happening and it was quick and painless they did a great job
