Everything a serious weightlifter could want in a space that doesn't feel like you're in a warehouse. From machines, to free weights; from kettlebells to Olympic bumper plates; and a full compliment of specialized gear like a turf track, belt square, and reverse hyper. Service is premium and welcoming. Liz is the best. I was in town for vacation and elected to drive a bit to workout here and was glad I did. I felt like a regular when I was there. I left feeling better than when I arrived.

So when I moved from Brandon I was very upset I was leaving my local gym, as I loved it. Moving to Seminole I was not excited about any of the local gyms, which did not motivate me to get back into the gym. That is, until I visited Suda Fit. I immediately knew I would love this gym. Great vibe and energy. Kinda feels like an old school gym. Very clean and well kept equipment. I love this gym! It's super clean and has state of the art equipment. It has literally everything you could think of or need exercise equipment wise and it is all in good condition. And the best part is that it is never packed you can always get a machine and the owners are super friendly. So much better than the local chain gyms which are always so crowded.
