I live in Charleston, SC but my corporate office is located in Largo. Suda Fit is my absolute FAVORITE gym to visit when I'm here for work. Equipment and facility are top notch. Perfect for bodybuilding and functional training alike. The gym is amazing, but the owner Liz is even more so. She has gone out of her way to accommodate me - as a drop in and NOT as a regular member - which speaks so much about her character. Everything a serious weightlifter could want in a space that doesn't feel like you're in a warehouse. From machines, to free weights; from kettlebells to Olympic bumper plates; and a full compliment of specialized gear like a turf track, belt square, and reverse hyper. Service is premium and welcoming. Liz is the best. I was in town for vacation and elected to drive a bit to workout here and was glad I did. I felt like a regular when I was there. I left feeling better than when I arrived.
