Dr Sud was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Very kind at consult, bedside manner, Not sure how I feel about her, I’m a nurse and I have compassion for others as they are PEOPLE, I feel maybe somewhere along the line she’s forgetting that…. Sad
Dr Sud doesn’t understand the importance of listening and asking probing questions to determine the root cause of one’s ailments. She comes in with her laptop and barely acknowledges your presence. She spends 20 minutes “ looking at your charts “ and makes zero eye contact during that time. I’m not sure if she failed the “bedside” manner course in medical school or just passed with a D- bit she clearly needs to understand that 1/2 of caring for patients is …. Well, caring.
