Un véritable paradis pour le bec sucré ! Quelle expérience incroyable ! Si vous cherchez le meilleur de la tradition québécoise, ne cherchez plus : c’est ici que ça se passe. My first visit to a Sucrerie / Cabane a Sucre on 43 years. The buffet was good but not outstanding, with many maple-themed favorites, and the staff were friendly. I recall years ago a more "vivante" expérience - sugar taffy served from ice troughs and horse-drawn wagon rides all day, small children thrilled to be walking around with frozen sticks of maple syrup candy, and guides on hand to explain the harvesting process to curious visitors. I loved my experience at this cabane à sucre. It has more of a chalet vibes. And the food is served as a buffet: which was really good: Mash potatoes, breakfast potatoes, saucisses, ham in maple syrup, pancakes, donuts, pulled pork, and salads. They serve coffee and you can order some drinks too: mimosas!! They serve de la tsir on the snow à volonté ♡ And if you like a ride on a horse and buggy, they have that too. They have high chairs ♡
